Yachtsman's Paradise

Starting in Istanbul you will take in a myriad of different sights and sounds as you sail to Piraeus, the wonderful port of Athens. Find yourself in awe of the hustle and bustle of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, marvel at the imposing yet beautiful Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque or take a boat ride across the Bosphorus - letting the waves transport you from Europe to Asia.

Full itinerary is as follows;

May 7th 2014

Depart the UK and arrive in Istanbul where you will stay for three nights (with breakfast) at the 4* Hotel Sultanhan, an attractive boutique property ideally situated on a quiet street within walking distance of numerous historical sights.

10th May 2014

Transfer from the hotel to the port where you will embark Star Clipper for a 7 night sailing visiting;

Istanbul (Turkey), Canakkale (Turkey), Myrina (Greece), Monasteries on Mount Athos (Sail By, Greece), Skiathos (Greece), Skopelos (Greece), Poros (Greece) Piraeus (Greece)

17th May 2014

Sail into Athens and disembark for a one night stay (with breakfast) at the 4* St. George Lycabettus. Located in the Kolonaki area of Athens, one of the oldest and most fashionable parts of the city, this stylish boutique property is situated on a hill with great views of the Acropolis.

18th May 2014

transfer from hotel to airport for your return flight to the UK.
