Just to tell you we had a fantastic holiday on the Royal Clipper
The cabin you chose was actually the best one – no obstructions at all – most of the others had something blocking the view
The itinerary was great – and we loved Croatia… it was so pretty and unspoilt….
The crew look after us so well and to top it all my husband (because he was 80) and I were chosen to sit at the captains table
For the special night – the whole thing couldn’t have been better.
Anyway beside all of that – thank you so much for organizing this for us – it was a very special trip and and you made an
Old man very happy!!!
I am seriously thinking about booking it again next year..
Best regards

Enjoyed a short 3 night sailing organised by Star Clipper for their top 5 agents in the UK. The greek islands are just the perfect cruising area for Star Clipper. Sailing into Santorini which at 7 miles x 14 miles is the worlds largest caldera is simply amazing. dont miss the sunset from the capital on the top of the cliff, breathtaking
loved Mykonnos and found a lovely little harbour front bar with great views of Star Clipper at anchor .

Hi Joan
Thanks for all your help and advice with our booking, we had the most fabulous time and contrary to some of the comments we had read prior to our trip. Star Clippers really do try and use sail power as much as possible. At our first talk the Cruise Director Peter explained about the need to run some power simply to cope with the demands of the customers for hot showers, etc...
We met lots of really like minded people and they were of all ages and everyone got on well, sometimes too well judging by our late nights!
We were on the Eastern Med itinerary and enjoyed the variety of stops. The food was excellent and plenty of choice. The crew went out of their way to provide great service. Our cabin was a grade 5 and was perfect for our needs.
Laying in the widowmaker was exhilarating and probably the best vantage point on the ship!
We don't think we could ever do a 'Big ship' cruise as the smallness meant that you could get to know people and staff pretty well. (Although there wouldn't be any reason why you couldn't keep yourself to yourself).
We will be back! One customer on our trip was on her 30th journey with Star Clippers
Best wishes

We have travelled with Star Clippers five times, the last being with the Royal Clipper in February this year in the Caribbean. We love the Clipper ships, especially in the Caribbean where there are dependable winds. There is the beauty of the ships, the small size compared with most cruise ships giving a very friendly and informal atmosphere, good food and minimal entertainment. For us, an ideal holiday."

We look forward to seeing the new website. Incidently, we are seriously considering a Star Clipper cruise for next year! It was a most enjoyable experience.
